Do what feels right – Listen to the signals of your growing body. If you are feeling tired, there is a good chance that you really do need to slow down and take a nap. If you are feeling sluggish, you probably need to eat something or drink more water. There is much to be said for simply listening to what your body is trying to tell you throughout your pregnancy.
